The location was marvellous - near the Old City and public transport and the Old Town. The staff was amiable and helpful in all services. The breakfast was good and we tasted warm drinks.

Great location; HELPFUL staff. Private parking on site was provided. Patisserie Alchemist, where you can eat, is a few steps away from the hotel. We will certainly stay here again when visiting Jerusalem.

had amazing 4 nights here. appreciated clean triple room with wifi, wouldn't mind staying there all day. every employee we encountered was nice. the location was marvellous and good, close to southover grange gardens.

This modern hotel is central to all the historic sites in Jerusalem. The owner Maurice and his staff are a friendly and welcoming bunch. I stayed at the hotel for almost 2 weeks and my experience was great. Thank you Maurice and team for making me and my group feel welcome.
It's value for money. The food is great. Rooms are well cared for and clean.

We had a pleasant time staying at this hotel, which is conveniently located near the Old City, public transport, and Via Dolorosa. the location is truly magnificent. the personnel was responsive and attentive, contributing to our overall positive experience.

Amazing staff, always helpful and friendly. Great advice on guided tours and staying safe as a tourist. Convenient location with a lively atmosphere. Delicious and fresh breakfast with a good variety of options. Clean rooms and reliable wifi. Easy access to buses for exploring the West Bank and Mt. of Olives. Plenty of nearby cheap places to eat. Helpful front desk staff for airport transfers

This hotel's location is unbeatable with easy access to public transport for West Bank and Mt and it's just a stone's throw away from the historic and popular Old City. the staff is extremely helpful and attentive making your stay more comfortable. Breakfast offers various delicious options and the cozy rooms provide stunning views of Mount of Olives.
Some guests expressed concerns regarding minor maintenance issues in the rooms.

The hotel staff were awesome! They provided a lot of helpful information, from the best local spots to where to exchange money. The hotel is located in a lively area, with lots of entertainment to take part in. The breakfast was amazing! There were numerous tasty options to choose from and everything tasted incredibly fresh.
The overall condition of the room was quite poor. The decor was outdated and the room was in need of repairs.
